Today, I like to spill out my thoughts on the way we need to lead our life. As you all would agree we have to strive to lead our life peacefully which is very difficult while balancing our personal & proffessional duties. There would be many an instances which will effect our mental balance and hence evaporates the peace in our mind. So we have to make ourselves strengther such that instances like that wont distract us. One of my Soft Skills trainer told that, in earlier days of his career he used get hurt whenever his boss treats him badly or negative thing happens to him, but later he improved hi strength's such that even if some drastic thing occurs due to him, its impact can demoralize him only for few minutes. Its like if we lost everything thats close to our heart, we must gain such strength to overcome it. Here I am not talking about techniques by which we have to strengthen ourselves, but something else which on the whole leads to similar effect.
Here If we study the various instances which effect us, their would be many cases some being originated by some human acts and others by non-human things. we cant do anything for the cases which occured by some non-human things otherthan strengthening ourselves. But for human generated acts we can do something. For this, if we go to them and explain them the nature of their act and its impact and try to change them, we are merely disturbing their peace of mind. So what else we have to do?
We cant do anything with others, becoz change wont happen to the people only by mere words. The only thing we can do is bring change in ourselves. Yes, I am saying what U read. Because, as other persons actions impact us, similarly our actions also disturbs other persons stability. So, If you consiously try not to effect others stability, U will have a very good feeling in your heart which will help us to regain our peace of mind and strengthings us. So how to go about it? As this is a matter of heart, we must act in such a way that it wont strikes or hurts others heart. This can be only done if we know which hurts heart. For this one test to do is, we have to feel how our acts impacts our heart. If our act pass this test, we can do it otherwise skip it. In our Bollywood, we call it as "Bhavanavom ko Samjavo" ( Understand the feelings).
If we practice this, the feeling that "we are doing something consiously for others" will really boost our moral strength.
